My name is Charleh Dickinson and I’m the director of Designed2Eat. I am a former elite athlete in Gymnastics, Modern Penthalon, Swimming and Athletics and through my sports I developed a keen interest in food and the effects it has on the body. In my personal goals I wanted to get fitter and feel healthier but with being dairy and gluten intolerant, I felt limited in society.
Then I discovered the Paleo lifestyle and a way of life that only wants to enhance you. Over time I became more passionate about food, nutrition and wanted to share the message to everyone.
I am also a student at Sheffield Hallam University studying Food Marketing Management as well as having had a part time job working in the food industry and marketing.
It is my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to go out and have food that is good for your mind, body and soul as a part of society, in convenient locations for you, so Designed2Eat was officially set up in August 2013.

As a Director and Investor in Designed2Eat, Peter is keen to support the need to get back to eating foods that our bodies were designed to eat. Peter’s father suffered from type 2 diabetes and Peter suffers from low blood sugars and the challenge of maintaining the correct weight.
Working with Charleh, he is keen to identify foods and products that support our modern working lives whilst providing the correct amount of energy and nutrients our bodies need in order to stay healthy.
